Boston Bruins moved one step closer to the Eastern Conference final after defeating Columbus Blue Jackets 4-3 in front of their own fans to go up 3-2 in the series. The TD Garden was absolutely rocking and the fans were ecstatic with a game-winning goal from David Pastrnak and here you can see that goal and also Tuukka Rask’s save of the night.
Great team effort
Boston Bruins were always ahead in Game 5 against Columbus Blue Jackets but the visitors scored three goals in the third period to tie the tilt at 4-4 and Boston’s big guns had to react. Brandon Carlo and Brad Marchand connected with David Pastrnak who scored a game-winning goal with around minute and a half to go and here you can see that moment.
TD Garden was buzzing!
Playoff teams can be proud of their support from the stands but Boston Bruins’ fans and TD Garden are something special. They continued to sing Bon Jovi’s hit “Livin’ on a prayer” even after the song was over and a particular fan dressed up as a famous wrestler caught the attention.
Save of the Night
Late in the Game 5 between Boston Bruins and Columbus Blue Jackets played at TD Garden, the visitors tried to equalize to 5-5 and had a great opportunity to do it. However, Tuukka Rask was at the top of his game and denied a couple of shots to help his team seal a 5-4 victory.
